1 General Terms

Regarding withdrawals:

5 Gameplay & Betting Rules

General gameplay rules applicable across all categories include:

7 Account Security & KYC

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay, exploit odds, or gain an unfair advantage.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

ph1234 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to applicable regulations and the platform's dormant account policy.
• A player's own request to close their account or activate self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph1234 reserves the right to retain any bonus balances or winnings derived from prohibited activity. Balances from legitimate deposits not associated with the breach will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the ph1234 support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal through the account's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, ph1234 is not liable for:
